These Terms govern your use of the RO KANE Lifestyle Fitness website and member app, operated by Brandon Crabtree ("RO KANE," "we," "us") from the United States. By creating an account or subscribing to a membership, you agree to these Terms.
The service
RO KANE provides online lifestyle and accountability coaching, a member app (training programs, exercise library, workout logging, calendar, and — for Pro and Elite plans — generated nutrition plans, weekly check-ins, direct coach messages, and 1:1 coaching requests). RO KANE is not a certified personal training or medical service.
Memberships & billing
Memberships are subscriptions billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges except as described in our Refund Policy.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your health and fitness background.
- Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program — see our Health Disclaimer.
Coach access
Elite members may message Brandon directly through the app and submit coaching requests. Brandon typically replies within a few days; response times are not guaranteed.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service or violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, RO KANE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or coaching services.
