If you're not satisfied with your RO KANE Lifestyle Fitness membership, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by emailing brandon@rokanefitness.com. We'll process refund requests made within that window with no questions asked.
Cancel anytime
Memberships are month-to-month subscriptions. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us; cancelling stops future billing at the end of your current billing period. Cancelling does not retroactively refund amounts already billed outside the 7-day window above.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
