RO KANE Lifestyle Fitness ("RO KANE," "we," "us") is a solo coaching business operated by Brandon Crabtree, providing online fitness coaching and a member app to clients in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you create an account or use the member app, we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, profile details (goals, activity level, body stats), and content you add — workout logs, check-ins, coach messages, and coaching requests. If you subscribe to a paid membership, payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details ourselves.

How we use your information

To provide and operate the member app (programs, exercise library, logging, calendar, nutrition plans, check-ins, and coach messaging).
To communicate with you about your account, coaching, and support requests.
To improve the app and our coaching services.

Where your data is stored

Your account and app data is stored with our hosted backend provider, which offers industry-standard security practices (encryption in transit, access controls). We do not sell your personal information.

Who can see your data

Brandon, as the coach and operator of RO KANE, can access member profiles, check-ins, coach messages, and coaching requests in order to provide coaching. We do not share your personal data with third parties except service providers necessary to run the app (e.g. hosting, payments) or as required by law.

Your choices

You can review and update your profile information in the app at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email brandon@rokanefitness.com.
